We've been banking at the 511 Pine Grove Bank for many years, and we've experienced different changes in the name of the bank. However, it never changed the great customer service. We really like the small town feeling when you go there to do your business or have to call w/questions, and we are from the generation that came from small town banking so we are so appreciative there is still a bank like that. The only employee we've known for many years is Kathy, she has taken care of us no matter what our banking needs are she is always wonderful helpful, and pleasant. Even with the turn over we've seen over the years w/new people. . .the tellers are always so helpful, and nice. Plus, the managers also have been very supportive over the years. I will end this by saying the best bank to do your banking.
