  I left a rating earlier today. It disappeared so I came in with an Ira deposit the front checkers it know how to do one because it’s complicated manager came out. I’ve shared with her and be good if they were cross trained. It’s been really hard to figure out where to put deposit for my Roth Ira. She says there’s only 200 of them. Later on had a call back because I put too much in it. Another person that works in Riverview at another branch was tone monitoring and very unappropriate. Unfortunately called me back after she hung up on me. Again all over deposit for a Roth Ira. Now I have a phone call from the manager for Riverview telling me I need to be quiet and I made such a name for myself. And the Gresham manager left quite an email about who I am. My husband heard how he was talking to me and could not believe he was the manager being rude and telling me to be quiet. I said again maybe I forgot how to deposit but this is all over money. He then took my personal information and reached out to an ex employee to check on who I was. To find out information how to help me. I cannot believe Riverview represents themselves out.

  Doesnt actually protect you from online fraud they deny your claim and say you downloaded the app so all charges weather fraud or not is on you. Dont use this bank
