  Lied about service offered and wasted over 2 weeks of my time causing me to loose an offer on a home. Don't waste your time with them.

I connected with the Unitus Mortgage team, and they let me know that you were pre-qualified in March but have not provided us with any documentation. While we cannot finance a single wide home, we did refer you to another lender that could help you if you want to pursue this purchase.   I recently applied for an auto loan through Unitus. My experience was nothing but wonderful. Omar, from the loan processing department, was very helpful. Worked with me in explaining every step and doing so answered many questions I didn't even know I should be asking about. Hopefully I don't have to go through the process of an auto loan again any time soon, but I will be checking Unitus first for my options on loans in the future. I didn't spend much time with the instore branch but they were very helpful and straight forward any taking me through the in person steps. I've been a long time member and it is nice to be reminded why I changed to Unitus 10+ years ago.
