  I have called HR for River view with no return number . We had money in a Roth IRA and I have had a women called back and was upset I didn’t know a lot of information because it’s a new account. She was a Medicare specalist. She didn’t listen and miss understood, so I would repeat back. She tone Monitor me as she was frustrated. She hung up on me. And then called me back asking for the wrong name. I asked her not to call me back and I will be calling HR on her. She explained she is Native American and not white so she cannot be racial on how she feels I should talk to help her feel . So frustrating. I don’t want to deal with Roth IRA . It’s not easy to walk in or find someone to help me. I miss Emily Kuehl who opens the account.

  In October my daugher's account was charged fraudulantly the amount of 1.07$ 13 times on the same day and the transactions went through even though she had fraud protection. She contacted the bank immediately and they have been dragging their feet, three months later, they still have not given her her money back. Horrifying. Absolutley horrifying. And they have the audacity to claim that they were voted the best for their customer service.
