      This is not a good company. Their factoring rates might be low when it comes to to releasing you from your contract, they don't want to. My contact ended almost 2 years ago and I've been on them for 2 days now about sending me a release letter so I can factor with another company that charges less and they keep giving me the run around saying they will match the other company. No I want to be free from this company. I guess I'll have to pursue a lawsuit for lost earnings since they don't want to realease the letter.

Your request for release was received yesterday afternoon (less than 24 hours ago), and was approved and being processed even though we wrote off a nominal balance because of a billing discrepancy. We appreciate you acknowledging the process of a UCC release only took two days, which is a rapid response by industry standards. We wish you the best of luck with your new factor.
