At the end of the day, we got our mortgage proceessed, but our experience with Supreme Lending was painful. We were given poor and confusing directions right off the bat, which impacted our overall purchase process. Even after requesting clarification on multiple occasions, we still felt misled about our options and therefore had to figure out much of the process on our own. Even down to closing day we had multiple hiccups, and we have continued to encounter frustrations due to misinformation well after the fact. Ultimately, I just wish we had done some more research and gone with another company. I'm glad it sounds like others had a good experience with Supreme Lending, but I would heartily recommend finding someone else.
