      We have had our house listed with RnW since 2014 and we had a couple hiccups in the beginning and then very few problems until now. They are now 2 months behind in the paying the mortgage and refuse to return phone calls or emails. When we did finally get a response from Ralph, he lied and said payment was made on Friday and would post Monday. It's Wednesday and no payment was made. Our mortgage company called again today to let us know we are in default. We've tried to reach them again all day today but are being ignored. Thanks guys, the next phone call will be from a lawyer.
