      Gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. Horrible customer service!!! You can never get in touch with them or get a call back when you leave a message. Brittany talked to me like I was stupid and told me she would call me back in 30 minutes. 5 hours later she emailed me with information we had already discussed. Worst bank I have ever been a member of!!!!!

      Went to possibly open a checking account. The 2 tellers kept trying to figure out which 1 would help me since it was close to lunch. The website says no direct deposit required. No monthly fees. Well I qualified for a GOLD account so all of that was a LIE!!!! You can only get a debit card if you have a direct deposit and there is a $10 monthly charge on the account!! Plus you don’t even get sent a card until there is a direct deposit to the account. They weren’t very friendly from the start and the rules were a joke!! So not worth this at all.
