      I just refinanced my house via remote closing and once I sent in the necessary documents, everything flowed flawlessly. Communication with me in the short 4 week process was enough to keep me informed and any necessary documents to complete at that time were sent via email, easily accessed in a portal. On closing day, they came to my house at my time of choosing and I was done in about 30 minutes! Thanks so much to my loan officer KYLIE HARVELL and her team for making this such a smooth process!
