      Robb Wolf was highly recommended to me. I was intent to purchase a residential property on Newton Street in San Francisco. At the same time, a friend of mine wanted to purchase a nearby property on Nailer Street. I recommended Mr. Wolf to my friend. We both had large down payments, approximately 70%, and stellar credit ratings. We should have gotten the properties, but at closing time, Mr. Wolf was nowhere to be found. This, after leading us on and after we had accumulated some considerable costs. Mr. Wolf just left us high and dry lying to us during the entire purchase process. What made it worse is that he deceived my friend the same as he had done to me. We each lost our properties to buyers with lower offers. My advice is to not do business with this guy.
