BEWARE!! Rob started off great. He sounded very knowledgeable and confident in what he was saying. We got along great and we felt super comfortable. Unfortunately, things started to fall apart and things Rob told us to do were incorrect and would eventually cost us thousands of dollars, push back our closing date and potentially losing our home. Rob’s mistakes were so Egregious that he had to transfer our loan to another company as he blamed members of his staff for his short comings. If I could give negative stars I would. My wife and I are devastated at what has transpired.
