  I just wanted to let everyone know how pleased I am with the work that Movement Mortgage did for me. We closed less than 30 days from the day I put an offer in. I got multiple phone calls a week just to ensure I had no questions, that I was freaking out, and to make sure things were going as stress-free as possible (if you can believe that) . When turning in paper work I never waited more than 20 minutes for a response, if I had a question or concern they were addressed promptly. The day I closed I got two phone calls making sure Ali knew what was going on, mid- this is real- panic my loan officer called and put me at ease. It really was like family taking care of family, working with Movement. I strongly suggest if you are looking at purchasing a home that you try your best to work with them.

  Avoid using this group. Their rates are not competitive with Costco mortgage rates. Go on line you we see. They made it sound like they would be willing to match the rate but after it was to late to change companies they said they would not. They also were not consistent in what they needed. I was told different things from different people and they were rude to my wife telling her that what she had send in for verification was “unexceptable”. They were late sending info so we could close on time. They blamed an insurance agent that they did not follow up with. It was a very bumpy and unprofessional process. In the end they gave me token gift cards to try to smooth it over. Don’t let the charm of the early process with Movement Mortgage trap you as I was.

  Used Movement for my first mortgage back in January, couldn't have gone smoother. Very professional and whole process was done within a month.
