      Been a customer of theirs for 36 years have had no issues with banking, only time I have had a issue is when my card was hacked and they took care of it. Great bank!!!

      Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Terrible customer service. When you call to try and do just about anything you get a complete run around.

      I have been a customer ever since it was Robins Federal. However, when they became Robins Financial it has slowly went downhill. I had two auto loans in the past with Robins both paid off and were in good standing and when I really needed a new loan for a car to get me back and forth to work in they flat out denied me due to credit issues. Also, the employee turnover is obvious with some employees being very rude. I have had issues lately with employees asking me to see my paycheck stubs just to deposit a check into my account and I deposit the same check with the same company every week so there should be no issues. My mobile deposit doesn’t work either and no one seems to know the answer. Finding a new bank soon.
