We went to see Lauren in ROC TITLE but before we get to her after recipient Fawn Leavitt showed up, with a very rude attitude completely out of customer service frame. she didn't wanted to be helpful as soon as my cousin explain the situation she said leave the documents here and she handed her business card and said send me the print out. we left the he office and came back, we wanted to send the print out and had questions so we called her to get some general info on how to send what she need, she went off again completely disrespect fully rude, I hope she is not behaving like this to all the clients. I felt really discriminated because she showed me her white power! Wanted to point something to you FAWN LEAVITT your are in a customer service position please be nice and helpful to your customers so they can solve their problems.

This must be old news. Fawn resigned in 2021 and Lauren resigned from ROC Title in January 2022 . ROC Title shows our appreciation of our clients when closing with the best experience.

Very poorly managed transaction, errors after errors. Didn’t take responsibility and was very rude. Would never have any of my clients deal with this title company.
