  Karen the General Manager: She was definatley not a Karen. Not only was she expert Knowledge of what she was doing, she also was pleasant to talk with. As we are doing the paperwork, it did not seem like most places where the printer does all the talking. We carried on a great conversation, like she was my friend for a long time. She did the appraisal on my car, and I didn;t have to go out there. I felt very comfortable with her. She has nice hair too. She does not make you feil intimidated either. Most of us who need loans, title loans we are leary and afraid of the companies and the customer service reps treating you like you are a loser. She never once made me feel as if i was less of a human. I can say with our conversation and doing the paper work on the computer/tablet, it was over before I knew it. The best part is the money was in my bank before I walked out the door to leave. She is so nice and friendly I would recomend her to all my friends and anybody looking for a title loan. This is the place to go. Also I told her my friend Jeremy referred me and he is picking up a t $50.00 check just for the referral. Today I am going back to get my $50.00 check also. How great is that? There is no other place to do your car title loan and they do Rv title loans also. Thanks Karen for the great service and how quick the whole process was.
