      The people in the branch seem really nice but they nickel and dime you to no end with bank fees. The last straw was when they charged inactivity fees to my 12 yr old daughter because she had not used her savings account. $5 a month. What kind of a horrible bank charges inactivity fees on a child's savings account. I recommend you avoid them at all costs.

      Moved here from Chase. HUGE difference in customer service. We keep our checking accounts here and refinanced our home through their mortgage program. Every employee we have interacted with has been super helpful and accessible. We love it.
