  Been trying to work with Monty Bundy who is a manager over construction loans. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. I can’t believe Monty is a manager. No professionalism and never responds to anything. Very flakey. I think Rock Canyon is a decent bank but how good can they be having someone like Monty represent them?

  I had applied for a construction loan with them earlier this year where in our pre construction meeting they said we could get 0% on our construction loan if we did our long term with them. I called around to other places and no one could match that. So we continued with them. And everything seemed fine until we got to closing. They told us several times that they would have our documents ready to sign that day and then they would call and delay us another day or two. When they finally got the documents to sign and we got to title they had a 6% interest rate on our construction loan. I called Monty and he told me how that was industry standard (which it wasn't) and then proceeded to tell me how if I didn't sign that day my deal would fall through and I would have to find a new lot. Well I called around and found every other bank was closer to 4% and so I went elsewhere and had an amazing experience. I don't like posting bad reviews but if someone is going to be dishonest and try to bully me I will take my business somewhere else.
