      The staff are awesome. I usually visit the Rockland Trust located on Washington Street in Boston Mass. They are very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy going there for my banking needs. Great service is important.

      Second time I visit this branch and it is not open. Online I found that they open at 8:30 and the same time is posted at their door. It is currently 8:40 AM and it is closed. Can it be possible all employees are late the same day? Last time at least other employees were at the door waiting for the manager to open, but no one is here today! Disappointed, not very good customer service.
