  Great customer service by Tran and her team. As a small business owner they are very flexible and accommodating to our needs. There is also something to be said about walking into a bank where everyone knows your name. We even moved out of the city and are sticking with EBSB because of Tran and her team and their excellent customer service.

  The South Boston Branch located on West Broadway as run by Tran Bao Nguyen has got to be the worst operating branch under the current Vice President, Branch Manager. She treats the banks customers (this customer in particular) with such disrespect that it makes you want to withdraw your money and close your account strictly based on her bad attitude towards customers. I question the intelligence and the wisdom of the people in charge that promoted Tran Bao Nguyen to that position. As a customer of EBSB I expect better service, it is readily apparent this branch lacks cohesion with its customer base. For those that really want exceptional customer service bring your account to TD bank, the service is spectacular.

  The assistant manager and assistant vice president at the call center on West Broadway are total Bigot's and favoritize the Spanish worker the most. The assistant manager come into work smelling like a boozie liquor store and takes shots of booze inside of her office during the work day, while her boss the assistant vice president does absolutely nothing. If you like would like to trust your money with a bigot and a drunk id say bank here but if not RUNNNNNNN !!!!!
