      i opened an account here as it was convenient and it was easy to reach people via telephone. ever since it was announced that Rockland Trust was taking over, customer service has become a nightmare. i have had hold times of 20 - 60 minutes listening to the obnoxious recording saying how much they care about their customers. first free day I get I am going to cancel my accounts and go somewhere that has REAL customer service. unfortunately I have to check one of the boxes (1star)
