      Have never had a problem here and have been going for over 10 years. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Edit 5/31/22: Taking off a star for the following reasons: 1-The vestibule with the ATM machine is beyond hot. It's sweltering and extremely uncomfortable. 2-The ATM machine in said vestibule is frequently out of service. 3-I see a high turnover of people, good people and excellent employees, because Citizens does not do enough to retain their employees. Give these people raises. These three things make Citizens appear very cheap and not empathetic at all to customer's need for comfort and dependability.
