I used to love this bank, have been with them for years during all of my moves, but lately the customer service has not been what it used to be. Very unfortunate that I have to leave.

When I first moved my accounts to Rocky Mountain I was very pleased they took care of all my needs and were very friendly and had amazing customer service. Over the last new months there customer service has gone down hill to the point were even the idea of dealing with them makes my skin crawl. I regret giving them my business and will be moving to another bank very soon. This change occurred almost overnight they went from great local business to awful corporate robots and I'm very disappointed.
