  I opened a checking and savings account with rocky mountain credit union since 2009 to current. I have also took so many loans through them, cars, personal,CD ,throughout the years of opening my account ,had jobs direct deposits for many years . 1-Rocky mountain credit union, is a small bank, but yet charges extreme interests. 2-They make you think they are doing you the best business, in fact they trick you. 3-I applied for home mortgage refinancing on my deceased wife’s home ,and despite that I have equity with them, and despite I have been dealing with them for over 9 years, they made me go through hell with paper work, which they kept piling on me, and asked me to bring, it was a hell of an experience, over 5 months of waiting, They kept asking for so many papers, and yet delayed my application, I was off work for few months due to back injuries, the banker who worked with my loan application, froze my application ,right after I sent her an email, that I am not happy with their lengthy wait .They seemed like they were doing me a great favor by accepting my application. Few weeks later, I met with the loan banker in the lobby, she was unfriendly, lectured me, and told me they froze my application, and added, you might consider selling the house, and move back to your country and invest the money there, it might be cheaper for you!!!!!Than getting a loan here .I have applied for a loan now through quicken loans, and it seems a lot faster, I moved to a different bank and now in the process of closing the account with rocky mountain credit union. The worst nightmare I have encountered ,will never deal with them again .

  I went into set up an account with my husband and I was SHOCKED and Angry by the lack of knowledge here. The branch manager had no idea what services were offered at all. This is NOT a credit union who likes to serve the average person. They like people with money with good credit who want to maintain. They are not interested in helping you build at all. Not only that but one of the employees whom I know Jenn Mustard literally hid so she didnt have to be a professional adult because recently she was saying pretty horrible things about me with her friend. Like seriously? Real great employees you guys have there....what a waste of time this place is. The employees are complete ding bats as well. I now bank with Bank of Bozeman and I love them! They are very knowledgeable in their services and nobody hides like a child.
