      The worst people to work with. our lender doesn't keep up with us as far as rates fluctuating, said they'll match rates then turn around and argue with us saying there are no lower rates when we found a lender with low rates, lacks communication, tells us there's nothing they can do for us. only contacts us when rate has made a really big jump.

      If you can, go with a different lending company. They only see dollar signs, they dont care about the person at all. Especially if you're going with a VA loan, DONT GO WITH ROCKY. Theyll have you jumping through hoops trying EVERYTHING you can. They never update you, you have to call for updates. Save yourself the headache.
