  As a result of a few bad breaks regarding some medical issues that I've had to deal with the past year and a half, I missed several months of work and I got behind on my financial commitments and needed cash fast. I did some research on title loan companies in my area and decided to try Rocky Mountain Title Loan based off of the reviews they have received online. I have to say that I am so glad I did. From our very first interaction until now, Jim and Lori have been amazing. As my medical situation continues, I was recently placed on unpaid medical leave by my employer and as a result I am once again having difficulty meeting my financial commitments. I was afraid I was going to lose my car. Jim worked out a plan for me to continue to make payments as I am able and I won't lose my car. I'll keep the details of our agreement private but I would be remiss if I didn't comment on the huge amount of kindness, understanding, patience, and grace that they have shown me. Jim and Lori are going way above and beyond what a typical title company would do for a consumer. I am forever grateful to them. This may or may not matter to some people but it matters to me, and that is they are followers of Jesus, and so am I. With so much luke warm Christianity in the world today its very cool when I meet someone who is a shining example of Jesus. Jim is a true man of God and Lori is a true Godly woman. They're the real deal. I am honored to know them. If you're in a situation where you are considering a title loan, I highly recommend going to see Jim and Lori at Rocky Mountain Title Loan. You'll be glad you did.

  The dark haired lady that works here is one of the kindest individuals I've met in a long time! You really just don't see that kind of thing these days..just genuinely kind person whos customer service went above and beyond and made my daughter super happy as well!

  Jim anf Lori have been like family to my family. We have gotten many title loans and bought many cars from them. They are honest, hard working people who care so much for their customers. We will continue to do business with them.
