      My loan officer wendi is awful and rude, but the establishment as a whole is great, they've always helped me out!

      The customer service phone number is a joke with no ending. No number for fraud help during the weekend. Got a text about a charge and contacted the number which was an outside service. They said I needed to contact RCU. Tried the number on the card and it belongs to a medical device company. Get it together, I thought the merger was going to be a good thing.

      ATM Has been broken for about a week now, no resolution or attempt to fix the problem from what I see, unable to deposit money into my account because so (my hours contradict the branches open hours) I'm about 2 seconds from reporting this branch to the FICU....
