  I've been working with WAFD in Payette to refinance my home loan. The loan officer was amazing, so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond with every question I had. I would recommend them time and time again!

  I've been a customer with Washington Federal for about 10 years. I have several accounts with them and have yet to have any kind of issue. The people at my local branch have been very helpful whenever I come in. The website and the app are easy to navigate, and make it easy to do most transactions with just a few clicks. Fees are a non issue for me. I've never been charged a fee. All you need to know is the rules when it comes to your account. I guess that goes for any bank or account.

  I went to the payette ATM on Sat to get some money mixed in my withdrawal was a $10.bill I called them they told me there's no way that could happen so they just as well have called me a lier and than they told me I had to contact social security and file a complaint with them first what did they have to do with the ATM huh
