  Impressive Company, more impressive Specialist! So, I was looking for a source for funding challenging transactions and was referred to Oliver Tavares at ROK. They actually came thru on every level they said they would, and they make it simple as they do all the work. I don't have to reachout to them for updates since their systems are in place as to where I can see the path of the transactions. He is always available if I need to contact them and often reaches out to me. They are truly at the forefront of funding transactions, timeliness, and communication. Wish I would've known about ROK a long time ago.
