      This might be a decent branch. Maybe I'm unfair for basing a review on one encounter, but it truly bothered me. Five years ago, when I had just moved here without yet a permanent residence although a well paying job, I inquired about opening an account, only to be told that they would not do so "unless I had a local address". Ridiculous and offensive. I've never gone back inside.
