  We were referred to Jason by our realtor. I called him and he was prompt to answer the call and seem knowledgeable. He did reach out through email and provided me information on how to get stated. I felt this was going to be great experience. I sent a communication back and never heard from him. My realtor reached back out to him for help and he called me right away. We started the process. When I tried to get updates, it was like pulling teeth. Could not get them. Once again, the communication stopped. When I did reach Jason, he was rude and short. Made me feel like it was a big inconvenience. He should have said he did not want to take us on us a client. Finally, when we heard back the verdict of our mortgage once again rude and short. I know he was trying to help us out but, people like communication and someone that is not short or rude. Others may have their opinion but this is how my experience went with him. We ended going with another company that was very helpful.
