  I had one of the best experiences at my RCU bank in Colby earlier, and I wanted to share as possible encouragement. I had walked up to the ATM to check my balance. While there I asked one of the workers if she knew a place in the area where I could print some labels. I was taking a little longer and she was trying to wait with another customer to be able to let them out with still being able to social distance until I was done. She never acted annoyed with me or like she didn't have time to be bothered. I currently have 2 banks, and at the other one I never have a positive customer experience. I just try to grin and bear it, but I hate going there due to the rudeness of the employees. Anyway back to today, Jill offered to let me come to her office and have the label sent to her email and she would print it for me. I was having a bit of difficulty finding the email I needed, and she never acted annoyed ever. I actually attended college with a business degree and I am well aware of what the protocol for customer service is, but I so rarely see it that I no longer expect to be helped. Jill was so kind to me and was even asking me questions about my life, she never acted like I was less than because I am not a big money customer. I told her about my kids and we discovered that we are both single parents. I have had an incredibly hard week and had a couple of things not go kind of wrong but majorly wrong, and dealing with her kindness and compassion really turned my week around. There was a label I couldn't find to print at the time, and Jill even offered to have me send it to her email once I located it whenever that was. Yesterday I had to go to my other bank in another town, and my experience was like night and day. I left in a worse mood than when I got there due to all the difficulty trying to get my task done. I'm so incredibly grateful for this experience, and especially during a week that I have really been struggling. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless you!
