TERRIBLE customer service, as the other reviews stated. My father called to make a payment and the customer service representative was both rude and unhelpful. She asked for a piece of information, but her question's phrasing was confusing. My father asked for clarification, to which she responded "don't be rude." He wasn't being rude at all. He asked for her name at the end of the call and she said "I don't think that's relevant" and hung up on him. This service rep was way out of line but sadly I'm not surprised given the other reviews for this company. Do better, Royal Pacific. Your customers don't deserve to be abused by your customer service representatives.
