Maggie Richter and her team at RPM are excellent. She is professional, responsive to questions, transparent about the process, and customer-focused. She is extremely hard-working and proficient. She responded to our initial inquiry within an hour. Our pre-approval process was smooth and quick. She worked on weekends to have pre-approval letters ready for our offers. I want to commend Edgar Escandar. We have a big, old, expensive house. My income has not kept up with the cost of owning and maintaining the house, so there is a lot of things that are wrong with it. Worse, I am a contractor, a consultant, so while on average I am doing OKay, my employment history is spotty. That makes it hard to get a loan to buy a new small house of much lesser value than my existing house. The banks and the Credit Union I dealt with could not seem to get their minds wrapped around my true financial condition. Edgar could. In addition to being a mortgage guru, Edgar also has experience as a General Contractor. He knows good plumbers, electricians, roofers, carpenters. He gave us much helpful advice.
