  So I Currently Just Got Done With The Process Through RSL They were Really Productive and Very Helpful They Actually were Really helpful amd fast with getting me my Funds. There was a little Period where no one would call back when someone did they were really apologetic. Actually offered Me an Amazon Gift Card for my troubles.

  If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. Please do not waste your time. I started dealing with RSL in December of 2020 and was told this would be a quick process and maybe take 30 days. Fast forward to 5 months later and now they are not answering their phones, not responding to texts or emails. I expressed my situation to them numerous times, needing to get this finalized and done quickly but they do not care. Do yourself a favor, call JG Wentworth.

  ************STOP DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY******* Terrible experience. I’ve been working with RSL since the end of June. There was a lot of nonsense throughout the process which they kept blaming on COVID/ the courts taking long. This was not the case. Court date was 3-29-21. I have yet to receive payment from RSL. I am not being told the investors who was buying my policy is backing out the deal... they would try and find other investors or cancel the deal. Well it’s been very difficult/ impossible to get answers from anyone at RSL. No one returns my calls and emails. I called one day and told the receptionist I wasn’t hanging up until I spoke to someone. I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours until finally speaking to someone who was supposed to call me back at the end of the week. This never happened. I drove to RSL’s office in Houston Texas. I was going to wait in the office until Jeremy (COO) talked to me. Well they called security on me. I wasn’t rude at all very nice very respectful. I’m not sure what the next step needs to be but this is $112k I am waiting on. This company lacks quality and customer service. For me to not even receive a call or email back and having to call and demand I stay on hold until someone picks up now drive down here only to have security called on me not because I was disruptive but probably because they didn’t want to talk to me because RSL can hold up to their end of the deal. Ps. I’m waiting for RSL to fact check this one... not one thing in here is not truthful.
