  I really can't say enough good things about Jacklyn Bolan at Ruoff. From the very beginning, she was extremely warm and kind and did not get frustrated with my thousands of questions as a first-time home buyer. She was also extremely patient with me while I looked at properties, updated pre-approval amounts, and came up with even more questions. Jacklyn always makes herself available (within reason) and is very quick and efficient at communicating on all mediums (text, email, phone). She even stepped in to ensure that I was getting competitive insurance quotes and referred me to someone she knew would take good care of a first timer. Ruoff was great to work with through the closing process as well. They were extremely timely and efficient with all the necessary paperwork and we were even able to move the closing date up to be a few days sooner because the seller and I were both ready and eager. I had such a great experience with Ruoff and that is mainly attributed to Jacklyn. If you're in the market for an agent - you will not regret working with her!
