We unfortunately had a very poor experience with this mortgage company. Lots of back and forth and we were completely compliant, but still ultimately told us it was no deal and we almost lost out on our home because of it. In all reality, when it was all said and done they informed us they would not lend on the property we were purchasing which was fine, but why keep making us jump through leaps and bounds when the final result was the same? Time and money wasted. I am not a person to leave negative reviews, I just truly hope no one has to experience what we went through with this company.
