      I know there are a lot of real estate agents and options out there, along with a lot of reviews that might be hard to believe and trust. I have had a lot of bad experiences with agents in the past. Frankly, I was pretty fed up with the entire industry. Kirk Russell (no relation to Kurt Russell/Snake Plisskin) and his team changed my mind entirely and restored my confidence in using an agent for a home sale. My house was in the $1.5M+ range and right from the start Kirk got the pricing right, guided me through staging and prep, and found an offer even during the zombie apocalypse of 2020. He guided me through the inspection process while I was out of town and helped secure a fantastic deal. He could have made more with the deal failing (through forfeiture of the earnest money) but he stood with integrity, put my interests first, making less on the overall deal, but did the right thing and was extremely honorable in an industry where I have had my doubts. This is a stand up man and an honest firm - hire them and for once know that somebody will do it right. Kirk and his team are some of the good guys. Very highly recommended.

      This guy is amazing. I bought 2 houses with him. And I have to say that I didn’t have to look for him or try to get him on the phone. He was always available for whatever needs you had. Plus using his lender was the smartest thing to do because their rates were lower than others and were unheard of. It was a pleasure no hassle and absolutely 5 stars service.
