Probably one of the worst banks I have every banked with. Technology is outdated, customer service is very very hit or miss and more miss than hit. They had an amazing worker here in Camden 2016 and prior and fired her. After that they couldn't keep an employee in this office if they paid them, and they did smh. Then they cut the hours and then closed the branch. So basically you have a bank with no branch to serve your customers and honestly could careless. Camden and all the southern region customers were basically told to figure it out. We have to use third party apps at our own cost to move money around or make deposits. We have to pay to even just have the checking account. Their practices were horrible. I tried to keep my accounts because of longevity and building a relationship but it wasn't any longer worth the headache. Especially when they can close your account over 74.47 when they can see a bi weekly direct deposit going to the account 4 days after they close it for $500. Then when asked boost about closing accounts for less. I worked in banking for years and would never. Especially knowing there are no branches in my customers area. Was told the manager would be available Monday and then when I follow up it's next Monday. Literally they worst bank. As a Rutgers employee I was beyond disappointed. Please remove Rutgers from the name because this isn't what Rutgers stands for and behind. We are also proud of our Camden campus unlike this bank.

If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Customer Service is hit or miss depending on what Rep. you are unlucky to get on the phone. Their “Secure Mail” encryption system is a JOKE. It took years to finally get an office open on Camden Campus just so they could cut hours little by little and finally close it again providing NO face to face set for the employees and retirees of Camden campus. Finally saying “Arrivederci” to this awful operation. What a relief.
