  As an out of market Realtor in North Eastern PA, Kyle is my referral go-to for anything Philly related. I continuously follow up with my clients that I have referred and each one is happier than the last with his professionalism, easy to understand process, organization, great rates and ability to see the process all the way through. I will continue to refer my Philadelphia home buyers to him because I know I look like the hero at the end for helping the buyer’s home ownership dreams come true!

  ZERO STARS. Terrible bank. Let me tell you about Kyle. He never intended to help me while buying a home for the first time. Gave all these promises but really when it was time to act nothing happened. He hard-pulled my credit and then waited a month to tell me that I wasn't qualified because of my work hours being part-time and not full-time. Here is the funny part, he had all my paperwork from work showing him how many hours I was working since I had submitted all my paperwork including taxes and paystubs as well verbally telling him that I was working part time. He never told me it was a problem until after the fact. Now I have an inquiry that will sit there for 2 years and can't take another loan because it will affect my credit and more importantly my opportunity cost is terrible as I had a once in a lifetime deal in house that worth $250,000 but could have gotten for $50,000 or less because the owner just needed to sell it fast and not do repairs. I hate this company just for that. Why take on a case if you don't have the time? I would have preferred he refused to take it on and be honest. Pure hustler. Sent an email describing he incompetence and lack of professionalism and NO response. They won't even remove the inquiry either. Cowards. Own up to your mistake and costing 100s of thousands of dollars in equity. Leave these Demons alone. They don't have your best interests regardless of the good reviews here. Some of them are fake. Shame on you. I will report this to the FDIC and FINRA and SEC as well as your state department of finance. People, don't let yourself be bullied.
