  Ryan was our lead mortgage contact throughout the entire home buying process and made himself available at all times (day and night). His dedication to customer satisfaction was extraordinary - for example, we emailed him with some questions late into the evening (not expecting a response until the following day), and he responded almost immediately. His responsiveness was especially important considering the market we were in (homes would be listed for less than a week before getting purchased) - which gave us a strategic advantage over other buyers. Furthermore, coming from a huge family of veterans, Ryan was extremely familiar with the VA Home Loan process - making it extremely easy for my wife and I to navigate. Thanks for all your help, Ryan!
