  I considered opening an account but decided not too after watching the TikTok of Jovanna Chaves cussing and yelling at employees at a Boba shop. I can already imagine how she treats and thinks of members.

  I wanted to move my banking to a local credit union, so I got a mortgage, credit card, savings and checking with them. Holy guacamole it's been a hard few years. Their automated phone line says 'no voicemail box set up' and hangs up on you after waiting 5 minutes, which is most times you call. Their mobile app limits how you can pay off your card so you get more charges.There are a lot of internal surprise rules about when they can process certain things which will always get in your way. Definitely the least custoer friendly financial institution I've ever worked with, so I closed my accounts.
