      The best bank account I ever had very nice women that work at Visalia bank and a great Manager they do everything they can help you thank all of Bank staff at the Visalia branch

      Terrible. I have a co signer for an auto loan and every time I go into pay a certain girl waits on me and is very unhelpful. I always have a better experience with the manager. The teller never wants to answer questions. Mind you, I go in every month for the last 5 years. Won't show me my balance, I asked about opening my own loan or refinancing and she's very dismissive.

      I have been with Safe 1 for about 10 years. The girls are very nice and knowlegable. Noting is for free if you want the best you have to pay for there excellent service. Almost all banks charge for checks, cashier checks etc. You write a bad check, you must pay all banks have that policy. I am old and I require that my banker speak loud so I can hear, my bank smiles at me and the Manager Debbie at Visalia Branch and her team are excellent.
