Wonderful bank. Everyone is basically on a first name basis once you are established there. I highly recommend this Credit Union.

Using the outside ATM, I inserted my card the wrong way. I couldn't get it out of the slot. I went inside to see if someone could help me retrieve my card. The first employee I spoke to said I could wait in the teller line (several customers ahead of me) or speak to another associate. I approached a woman towards the back and explained my problem with my card. She didn't acknowledge my concern or apologize for my predicament and said that the ATM equipment isn't serviced by them and the machine will pull in my card and shred it. Completely unacceptable solution. A customer saw my concern and was able to get Dominic to assist me with my card. Dominic was able to retrieve my card immediately. Problem solved thanks to Dominic. Fortunately for me he is the only SAFE employee that understands customer service .

1. Customer service was excellent from staff. 2. Staff member was knowledgeable and answered all my questions that I had in need. 3. This Credit Union observed all covid-19 protocol. 4. A nice place to do business with friends loved ones and people that need guidance to find a a good credit union.
