      I’ve been banking with Safe for around six years and I’ve never had a problem with them. I have only experienced superior customer service anytime I have dealt with anyone from the bank. Outstanding online and app banking.

      SAFE CU could have done a better job with the system upgrade. The information I received said that “All” account numbers would be changing. After changing and forwarding my multiple direct deposit paperwork, imagine my surprise when my employers said the account numbers were the same and haven’t changed. Talked to SAFE CU and they said, “You don’t have to do anything your direct deposit information remains the same.” That’s not what your information stated!! Unnecessary stress.

      Hello Chuck, We apologize for the inconvenience. The new account numbers went into affect April 12th. We know that this is a significant change, and SAFE will continue to honor transactions made on your former accounts for more than a year, through June 30, 2023.

      Woke up this morning to find I have $0 in my account....this "update" has really screwed my weekend. But to wake up Monday and have no money? Kind of worried.....
