  This is my favorite safe location. It’s new and nice and I don’t know his name, but the guy with the nails 💅🏻 (if he’s been your teller, you know) is amazing. There’s a teller at the branch closest to my house that I really don’t like, so I started going to this one instead and that guy with the nails is such a breath of fresh air! Literally going out of my way for better service. 💯 thanks safe!

  I was told by a representative that Safe Credit Union does not send invoices for the loan, and payment coupons must be requested. Well, we were not advised about that. We were waiting for the invoice, and if I had not called, I would have not know that’s how you provide the service. They won’t even take payment over the phone. Going to another company. It was a bad morning conversation with an agent! 😡 Update: I received correspondence through the mail dated September 21 this afternoon informing of the late payment. It is incomprehensible to mail a late payment notice, but you can’t mail out a bill! I suggest changing your policy, send out a bill, so we can make timely payment. My husband dropped off the payment to your branch this morning including the late fees! We would have hold off paying over half of the car loan amount last July if we knew how Safe Credit Union operate. Lesson learned, moving our loan to a different company.

  I am not from the Sacramento area. I was in town and went to this branch location and it was great. Kristen helped me out, and she was amazing. She is very kind and patient. The location is clean inside and spacious. A very welcoming environment as soon as I walked in, almost every employee said hi. Also, I went in without an appointment and they helped me out right then and there. I Definitely recommend this location.
