      Went to have our second child at saint Vincent hospital in Erie P.a tried to withdrawal 100 the atm refused the transaction the bank charges me 4 times for 1 transaction so now they tell my money is gone this place will steal your money.do not trust this bank....

They will investigate the transaction with the processors and issue you a refund. We cannot do this for you because you are not our customer. We do not have access to your information.
