Worst bank ever. After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I went through a period of having fraudulent charges posted to my account. The bank never made any attempt to fix this other than to give me a new debit card. It kept happening over and over. The charges amounted to over $600 over the course of a couple of months. The bank had the audacity to accuse me of fraud. These charges were from some random gaming company. I am a 40-year-old woman and would never make any charges like this. I will never go to another Salem five bank And I highly recommend you save yourself the trouble by going to another bank who respects their customers. I am out over $600 that Salem five refuses to return to me. Loyalty clearly means nothing to them. Bring your business elsewhere. Beware!
