      I am in there every other day for business and they’re great! Matt was awesome, but he’s in Haverhill now. I honestly don’t know why there are only 3 stars.

      Wanted to open a checking account to deposit a foreign check. They assured me that the fees would be similar to my previous experience depositing the same check ($20). They charged me $118 dollars in fees and had no idea why. They opened an investigation which was then closed and I was not made aware. After multiple visits to the bank through two weeks they were not helpful or communicative with me. They never figured out where the fees came from. Closed my account and will never return to Bank of America. Horrible experience.
