      I had to edit my review from last year. My first review was five star but after my experience today i was less than pleased. The new staff is very unprofessional specifically Nicole, when I entered the bank she was on her cell phone having an inappropriate conversation for the work place. When I left the bank she was outside on her cell phone and I could hear her swearing and yelling. Sorry but she should be fired.

      My niece had a horrible experience with the new supervisor Nicole. I overheard the phone conversation that she had and I was shocked to hear how Nicole was speaking to her. As a veteran that served this country it is ridiculous to see how much the quality of customer care has gone down. Nicole was rude and even put the phone down to blatantly ignore my niece. Disappointed in the lack of quality customer service.
