  My husband and I worked with Sam Mogavero to get the best rate available for our loan. Sam was an absolute pleasure to work with and we would wholeheartedly recommend him. He made the entire process very smooth and was with us every step of the lending process. Sam is very professional, informative, and responsive. He was easy to reach at all times and responded to any and all questions we had throughout the process. He kept us updated throughout the process and thoroughly explained everything to us.   Sam and his team at CrossCountry Mortgage made our mortgage experience beyond easy. They were always available to speak and very easy to communicate with, they streamlined the application and documentation process to the point that we finished and sat there waiting for the next step, but we were done! They were able to lock us in at a very reasonable interest rate, Sam coached us on all the different options and approaches we could take and helped us settle on our final decision. The waiting time was extremely short, underwriting was very quick, and the mortgage team was ready to close months in advance to our actual closing date. We couldn’t be happier with the experience, we used a different company for our first mortgage and it was a bit of a nightmare, this was a night and day difference. Sam and the CrossCountry Mortgage team gave us the peace of mind that they had everything handled, they knew what they were doing and they always kept us informed, in the loop, and best cared for.
